SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs are based on actual shipping weights and costs from USPS. Upgraded shipping can be selected at checkout, but will not be added later unless payed for. Any shipping overages above $1 will be refunded to your original payment method.
PROCESSIG TIME
Beads + Supplies : 1-3 business days
Beaded Products : 3-5 business days
Sewn Products : 7-10 business days
RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
You have up to 12 hours from the payment time to cancel your order, or until you receive a shipping notification. You will receive a refund the same way you paid. There will be 10% fee removed from the refund for all cancelled orders.
Keep in mind that all items are handmade and have many unique values. Due to the custom nature of most products I do not accept returns on sewn items. Beads and beaded items may be exchanged or returned after contacting me. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Keep in mind that the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
